Shipping Policy

- The shipping rates for each country are cleary indicated at check out.

- All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. We have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days for shipments to Spain and Portugal. Shipments to Europe may take 3-8 days. For orders outside Europe, the delivery may ranges between 7-30 days.

- Please bare in mind that Blush Barcelona is in no case responsible for eventual delays that are linked to the shipping carrier and that delivery times may be affected during promotional periods (such as Sales, Black Friday, Christmas...).

- Once your order ships, you can track the delivery status using the UPS tracking-number provided in the email confirming the shipping.

- Inside the parcel, you will find each item in a individual packaging box and Blush Barcelona engages itself to protect the items as good as possible.

- Shipments to non-European Union countries may take up to 30 days to arrive and may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. The import taxes and duties, as the fulfilment of all procedures linked to these costs, will in its entirety be borne by the buyer.

- Blush Barcelona is not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery caused by an inadequacy in the shipping address.

- Blush Barcelona does not take responsibility for factors external to its operation or circumstances not covered by the carrier company.

- Special conditions that may reduce or annul shipping costs do in no way exempt de buyer of baring the shipment costs of returns

- IMPORTANT: due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, our deliveries may experience some delays on top of the normal delivery times.

* Free shipping costs on the initial shipping do not exempt the buyer from paying for a return shipping

* The customer does not pay the shipping cost for the return at the moment he returns the goods to a UPS Access Point. If the returned items are not damaged by arrival, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund the customer receives for the returned item(s).

Return Policy

- VALID REASONS FOR A RETURN:

* The order received is not my size.

* The order is not what I expected.

* The received goods show a product default.

- RETURN CONDITIONS:

* The return shipping costs are ALWAYS borne by the buyer, except in case of a product default that has been communicated and documented with pictures to us no longer than 48 hours after reception of the item. Additionally, the item should not show any obvious signs of use and has to be send back with all original tags attached to it.

* The time window in which you can return an item lasts 14 days, starting from the day the order has been delivered.

* For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of earrings are not accepted.

* It is essential that the item you wish to return is in perfect condition upon arrival at our facilities, or else no return will be carried out - with all the tags attached to it and showing no evident signs of being used.

* It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to make sure that the item to return arrives at Blush Barcelona in perfect condition. If the item to return is received by Blush Barcelona in poor condition (signs it has been used/no tag/broken), we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

* To send an item back, you must include its original box so that the product is well protected. If you send back differen items, you must send them all back in one box. If the plastic back is not torn and the bag still can be used, we advise you to use it, well sealed, to send in your return.

* In case where you wish to exchange an item’s size or exchange it for a different item, you will have to carry out a return and place a new order for the desired item/size.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?

* Fill in the Contact Form on the website and mention your order number to request a return.

* Once the Contact Form is completed, we will contact you within 48 hours - indicating the steps you must follow to make the return.

* Once you accept the shipping cost, we will send you a return label that will have to be glued on the return package.

* Bring the return parcel to a UPS drop-off place.

* Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities, and after examining the article, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the returned item, minus the return shippings cost, will be refunded. The refund will be reflected in your account within 7 to 15 working days in the same way you made your purchase - through a refund on your credit or debit card.

- Keep in mind that the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be payed back to you.

* In case of an international sending that requires import taxes and duties, these must be payed by the buyer. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to the sender and the return request/refund will be refused.
